Description of Dish:

Though this dish’s main ingredients are celery, cashew nuts, and garlic, sometimes red pepper (or capsicum) and/or yam are added to the mixture and it is fried together over a very hot wok. It is served with rice and is almost always one of the ‘official’ standard dishes served amongst the myriad of dishes they do have on the lunch or dinner table.

As with most Chinese dishes, this is a tasty and healthy dish for those who are health conscious and particular about what they eat.
